What Is Brahma?

Brahma is a non-custodial protocol that activates and manages liquidity across chains and dApps.
The protocol began by building a synthetic put-selling strategy on top of UNI V3 (our dear AASTRA for the Brahma community OGs) in September 2021, and evolved ever since to manage and activate liquidity across chains and dApps. Brahma is chain agnostic and focuses on capital efficiency for every market condition.
Our live products are the Brahma vaults, Degen Vaults ,and Karma.
To begin, we should make clear the distinctions between the different areas of "Brahma", some of which may confuse new users.
  • Brahma Vaults: First set of products launched by Brahma, which gives permissionless access to institutional-grade risk-managed, cross-chain strategies for sustainable yield.
  • Degen Vaults: Experimental products that are unaudited but have been through rigorous self-audit by the team. These are limited to certain users in DeFi based on their Karma Score.
  • Karma: On-chain and off-chain scoring mechanism for the Brahma community (and the world) that can be claimed at any point from here →
  • The Brahma Interface: A web interface that allows for easy interaction with the Brahma. The interface is only one of many ways one may interact with the Brahma protocol.
