# Migrate your Brahma Account

Brahma Products will sunset in 30 days, on **April 17th, 9 PM UTC.**\
All funds stay in your [Safe Wallet.](https://app.safe.global/welcome) During this period, you have full access to withdraw assets or export data. Afterwards, you have access to your funds through Safe’s UI.

#### Step-by-step Guide

<summary>A. <strong>How to migrate your Brahma Account to a Safe wallet?</strong></summary>

1. Navigate to [app.safe.global](https://app.safe.global/)&#x20;
2. Make sure you are connected with the same EOA as your Brahma Account&#x20;

3. It will automatically show your main account, name your account and click add.

4. Now you can use your Brahma Account on Safe.

<summary> <strong>B. Sub-Account Recovery</strong></summary>

Brahma's [Recovery tool](https://recovery.brahma.fi/) **let you regain independent access to your Sub-Accounts and Privy-generated wallets at any time. You always retain full control of your funds.**

Convert your Sub-Account or Automation Account into a standalone Safe controlled by your EOA wallet.

The tool generates a JSON transaction file that removes Brahma's guards and policies from your Sub-Account(s).&#x20;

1. &#x20;**Enter your Brahma Account address**

Go to [recovery.brahma.fi](https://recovery.brahma.fi). Select your network and enter your Main Account address. Your Sub-Accounts will be automatically mapped below.

**2. Generate and download the JSON file**

Select the Sub-Account(s) you want to detach and download the JSON file.

**3. Connect your EOA to Safe**

Open [app.safe.global](https://app.safe.global/) and connect the wallet (EOA) that owns your Main Account.&#x20;

**4. Open the Transaction Builder**

Go to the **Apps** tab in Safe and launch **Transaction Builder**.

**5. Load the JSON file**

Upload the JSON file from Step 2.&#x20;

Review the transactions displayed.

**6. Execute the transaction**

Confirm and execute. If your account is a multi-sig, collect the required signatures.

**7. Access your Sub-Account**

Your Sub-Account is now an independent Safe. Navigate back to [app.safe.global](https://app.safe.global/), connect your wallet (EOA)&#x20;

<summary>C. <strong>Privy Wallet Export</strong></summary>

If you created your Brahma Account with email or Google, a wallet was generated for you via Privy. Use this tool to export its private key so you can access your account through Safe directly.

**1. Sign in**

Go to [recovery.brahma.fi](https://recovery.brahma.fi/) and sign in with the same email or Google account you used to create your Brahma Account.

**2. Copy your private key**

Your wallet's private key will be displayed. Copy it.

> **Never share your private key with anyone.** Anyone with it has full control of your wallet and funds.

**3. Import into a wallet**

Open your preferred wallet (Phantom, Rabby, Metamask, etc.) and import using the private key.

**4. Connect to Safe**

Connect the imported wallet to [app.safe.global](https://app.safe.global/) to access your Brahma Account as a Safe.
