Strategies in Console enable users to perform multi-step actions in a single transaction or even automate future executions directly within their Console, and without needing to sign each transaction manually. With Strategies, users can streamline their onchain interactions and maximise efficiency across various DeFi protocols.
One-Click Access: All available Strategies can be easily accessed from the menu bar, where users can explore both Automations and Templates.
Self-Custodial Execution: When using Strategies, your funds are never deposited in an external contract. Instead, they remain within your Console, and actions are executed directly through the smart contracts of the involved apps.
Templates are designed to let you access on-chain opportunities quickly and efficiently by batching multiple steps into a single transaction. These are pre-configured workflows that can be easily customised directly from the Console UI. For example, you can adjust parameters like which tokens or amounts to use when entering a specific DeFi position.
Customisable: Adjust token amounts and assets directly from the UI.
Effortless Entry: You can reuse templates anytime you want to add to the same position.
Ongoing Position Management: Once you've used a template to allocate funds, you can manage or adjust your position by connecting to the apps the template supports.
Automations take Templates to the next level by automating both multi-step execution and future transactions. Automations allow your Console to carry out pre-set actions automatically, without needing your signature each time.
Automated Execution: For example, the DCA Automation (Dollar-Cost Averaging) allows you to automatically buy a token on a regular schedule, like every week.
Delegated Monitoring: With Automations, you delegate the monitoring and triggering of specific transactions to trusted third parties. These third parties can only execute the predefined actions—they don’t have access to your entire Console.
Efficiency: Execute complex multi-step actions in one go or set up automatic actions without needing to monitor or sign each step.
Flexibility: Whether you prefer using Templates for instant access to opportunities or Automations for ongoing strategies, Console offers you full control of your on-chain interactions.
Security: Your funds remain self-custodial. You aren't depositing into external contracts but executing directly through trusted apps and contracts via your Console.
